Das Haus verfügt über 3 Schlafräume mit jeweils 2 Betten ( 2x Doppelbetten, 2x Einzelbetten), 2 Duschbäder eines davon mit Sauna ausgestattet, einen großen Wohn- Essbereich mit offener Küche gemütlicher Sitzecke und Essplatz.
Für kalte Abende gibt es einen Kaminofen. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw. Im HWR befindet sich eine Waschmaschine die gegen Gebühr genutzt werden können.
Im Aussenbereich lädt eine ca. 50m² Terrasse Süd/West zum Verweilen ein. Ein großer Garten mit Rasenfläche gehört auch zum Grundstück. Für Kinderwagen, Räder, Surfbretter usw. steht ein Gartenhaus zur Verfügung. Im vorderen Bereich befinden sich 2 Parkplätze. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt.
Es sind nur rund 3 km bis zum Naturstrand, der bequem mit dem Auto, dem Rad oder zu Fuss erreicht werden kann. Gammendorf ist ein kleineres idyllisches Dorf in einer ländlichen Gegend.
