Wunderschönes neu errichtetes, modernes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage, 3 km vom Naturstrand entfernt.
Der Ferienbungalow befindet sich auf der Ostseeinsel Fehmarn, im Ortsteil Gammendorf, der im nördlichen Teil der Insel liegt. Es sind nur rund 3 km bis zum Naturstrand, der bequem mit dem Auto, dem Rad oder zu Fuss erreicht werden kann. Gammendorf ist ein kleineres idyllisches Dorf in einer ländlichen Gegend.
Das Haus ist sehr komfortabel und liebevoll eingerichtet, für max. 6 Personen. Der Bungalow verfügt über 3 Schlafräume (3 x Doppelbett), 2 Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein Badezimmer verfügt sogar über eine Sauna. Kamin, Waschmaschine und komplett ausgestattet Küche gehören hier zur Grundausstattung. Die Küche, die Essecke und der Wohnbereich gehen ineinander über und sind nicht voneinander getrennt. Eine gemütliche Sitzecke lädt zum Verweilen ein. Im Wohnraum gibt es außerdem einen Kaminofen für kühle Herbst- und Wintertage.
Zum Haus gehört eine etwa 50 m2 große Terrasse. Das Grundstück ist rund 520 m2 gross und komplett eingezäunt. Es gibt ein Gartenhaus, in dem Sie z. B. Räder oder Surfbretter unterstellen können. Gartenstühle und Gartentisch sind verfügbar und befinden sich am Haus.
Im Außenbereich laden eine ca. 50 m² große Süd/West Terrasse und eine große Rasenfläche zum Verweilen ein. Im vorderen Bereich des Grundstücks befinden sich 2 PKW-Stellplätze. Man kann NICHT mit dem Auto ans Haus fahren. WLAN ist über einen externen Anbieter inklusive.
