Charmante Wohnung in Barth mit Grill, Terrasse und begrüntem Innenhof

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig im Hinterhaus direkt in der Innenstadt von Barth. Café's, Bäckereien und andere Geschäfte sind in wenigen Schritten erreichbar. Der Bahnhof ist in ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Bis zum Hafen sind es ca. 800 Meter, oder 8 Minuten. Die Wohnung hat ein grosszügiges Bett und eine Sitzecke, sowie Kabelfernsehen/ Smart TV. 2021/22 wurde der Fussboden erneuert und mit Laminat ausgelegt. Die Küche wurde 2021 mit moderner Küchenzeile und allen Geräten für eine Selbstversorgung ausgestattet. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Gäste für einen gemütlichen Abend. Das Badezimmer ist ein Duschbad mit Fenster. Öffentliche kostenlose Parkplätze sind in der näheren Umgebung ca 350 m entfernt.Waschmaschine vorhanden.Im Innenhof können Sie grillen oder einfach ein Glas Wein geniessen. Die Terasse wurde 2021/22 überdacht. Das Objekt hat zwei Ferienwohnungen.Im Innenhof befindet sich eine Raucherecke und die Möglichkeit Fahrräder abzustellen. Fahrräder können im örtlichen Fahrradverleih ausgeliehen werden, auch E-Bikes.Bitte beachten, auf Grund von Treppenstufen für Rollstuhlnutzer nicht geeignet.

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden da der Ort eigentlich ziemlich zentral lag.War mitten in der Stadt und zum Discounter war auch gleich vor Ort.war Positiv: Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, und wir hatten auch eine kleine Terrasse, die wir auch gerne zum grillen nutzten.
