The 59 m² apartment on the first floor of the house is divided into a living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two more persons. From the living area you can reach onto a furnished balcony with a sea view and a view of the pool (8 m²). Air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet throughout the apartment and the estate, espresso maker, parking on the property some of the amenities of this apartment and included in the price. Children’s cot and highchair are also available upon request and without surcharge. On the enclosed estate (500 m²) there is a 32m² swimming pool (8m long, 4m wide, 1.5m deep) with loungers, parasols, outdoor shower and toilet as well as a spacious and roofed grill pavilion with barbecue and seating furniture. Restaurants and shops can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. The center of the island of Vir is 2000 m distanced.
