Villa Livija is located in Mali Maj, about 2.5 km from Porec old town and only 250 m from Materada beach. The house is situated in a quiet place and is ideal for a family holiday in Porec thanks to its facilities.All apartments were partially renovated in 2015. The house has a total of 4 holiday apartments with a common plot of 1000 m2, where guests can enjoy an open 50m2 pool with deckchairs and sunshades, a barbecue with covered terrace and a large table with benches for outdoor meals as well as a well-kept garden for common use.

    “Fahre auch gern wieder nach Porec. Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieter . Ich habe alle Kategorien mit 5 Sternen bewertet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder Buchen. Gute Entfernung zum Strand und zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Negativ: Das die Zeit zu knapp war.”

    “Positiv: Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön und sehr sauber, die Tage am Pool waren toll. Negativ: Es gibt sehr viele Regeln auf dem Grundstück. Keine Getränke oder Essen am Pool etc. zudem stehen einige Kameras auf dem Grundstück.. am Eingang des Grundstücks verstehe ich es ja, aber warum zeigt eine Kamera direkt auf den Eingang unserer Wohnung dort und warum gibt es am Pool Kameras?? Das verstehe ich nicht und finde ich grenzwertig.. haben uns dann doch sehr beobachtet gefühlt.
    Die Wohnung ist recht klein aber ausreichend für ein paar Tage.”
