This charming 18th century stone house is surrounded by nature and beautifully restored. It overlooks the town of Ville di Paraso in the heart of the mountain villages Balagne. A pretty property where you can enjoy the terraces for the various exhibitions, the surrounding tranquility, a beautiful swimming pool and the lighted pétanque court for convivial evenings with family or friends around the barbecue.

In the surrounding area you can meet local artisans and producers and discover local products: Cold cuts, olive oil, jewelry or beautiful glass objects. Ile Rousse and its beaches are just a few kilometers away. Don't miss the Agriates, a mineral desert that you can discover on foot, by mountain bike or by off-road vehicle. Visit Saleccia Park, planted with all Corsican plant species, or Calvi and its citadel.

For the more athletic, there are numerous hiking trails as well as the 8-hole golf course in Reginu, the possibility of renting an electric bike in Ile Rousse and horseback riding in Monticello. Note that the small access road to the rental is very steep, it is not suitable for low, long or automatic cars.
