In the East Tyrolean Defereggental awaits you along the course of the river Schwarzach this quietly located farmhouse. Here you will find the semi-detached house ATI262, which goes over 3 floors and can accommodate 7 people, and the barrier-free vacation apartment ATI263, which is for 4 people on the ground floor. A separate terrace is available for both units. The loving furnishing of the farmhouse with old farmhouse furniture promises a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing vacation. The water supply of the house comes from its own high mountain spring ? so here you can enjoy the best drinking water.

The Defereggen valley, which is one of the most untouched high mountain valleys in Austria, captivates in summer with its numerous hiking trails, which bring you closer to the Hohe Tauern National Park on easy to difficult paths. The destination of the many hiking possibilities are the surrounding alpine pastures, which invite you to linger and enjoy culinary delights. Those who climb high up will be rewarded by unique panoramic views over the mountains. A visit to the viewing platform at the Maria Hilf waterfall as well as the ?healing water world? or the Staller Sattel. In addition, a variety of sporting activities such as mountain biking, climbing, fishing or golfing. Especially interesting for children are the existing themed trails.

The ski bus stop is only about 1 minute away. With the free bus you can quickly reach the ski area of St. Jakob in Defereggen valley, an insider tip for ski vacationers away from the big hustle and bustle. The ski area is clearly arranged and most of the slopes are also perfectly suitable for children.

The landlady temporarily lives in her own apartment in the house. The heating of the tiled stoves is not allowed. The respective garden area belonging to the vacation property is limited by bushes and trees, the green areas outside these areas are reserved for the landlady. Please note that the adjacent field may not be entered.
