Casa El Nuevo Algarrobo is situated in the beautiful surroundings of Comares, (voted 'Pueblo Magico of Spain) and near the hamlet 'Los Ventorros'. Comares is well known for its unique location and often called 'The pearl of the Axarqiuia'. The house is surrounded by overwhelming natural beauty and the view on the Sierra Tejeda is breathtaking. Although our house is in the country, you're not to far from bars, restaurants and shops.
This beautifully located country house offers our guests a unique holiday experience. Casa El Nuevo Algarrobo offers total privacy, has a beautiful swimming pool with waterfall and several terraces. There's an outdoor kitchen with BBQ cooker and oven. Because the weather in this region is exceptionally soft all year round, you can cook or take your aperitive outside practically every day. The terraces offer you the opportunity to enjoy both sun and shade throughout the day. There is plenty of garden furniture scattered in different seating areas. The view of the Sierra Tejeda is really phenomenal. Casa El Nuevo Algarrobo has a spacious living room with open kitchen. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, double sink, electric stove, fridge/freezer combi, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, wine rack and all necessary kitchenware. Next to the kitchen is a storage room with cupboard, washing machine, ironing board and iron. The bright living room has a cosy lounge with ceiling fan, radio CD with USB plug, sofa bed, satellite-TV, fireplace and comfortable seats. In the dining area there is a wooden table with typical Flamenco chairs and a cupboard. The bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with bunk beds and a seating area, give access to another terrace with great views of the surrounding area. There are wardrobes in both rooms. Bed linen is included in our rental price. The bathroom has a very spacious walk-in shower, toilet, bidet and sink and is completely tiled. Also all bath linen is included in the rental price. All windows have shutters and mosquito-nets.
Outside you have a beautiful terrace with outdoor-oven, cooker, BBQ and sink. There are several sitting corners with our without shade. The swimming pool area has a terrace with lounge chairs and total privacy. It is fenced separately to provide safety for children or pets. The whole property is fenced and therefore very safe. The bedrooms give out on a balcony with marvellous views of the impressive mountains. The house has lights outside.
A car is necessary in this accomodation. The road to the house is very safe. Baby cot and baby chair are available for free. Just ask us for it at the moment of reservation. Dogs can be allowed after consultation. Look in the price list for thr cleaning fee. Bed, bath and kitchenlinen are include in our rental price. Final cleaning is included in our rental price. Electricity, gas and WIFI are included in our rental price. Please note: EXEPT WITH MONTHLY RENT. For monthly rent we give a discount in the low season. In this special prices are electricity and gas NOT included. We read the meter with our guests on arrival and at the end of the month. The costs have to be paid cash at the end of the month.There's an extra fee to be paid per animal and per stay. Animals van only be excepted after consultation.

Closer, you can visit Nerja (known for its beautiful caves and its Balcon d’Europa), the beautiful lake Viñuela and the award-winning beach of Torre del Mar. The commercial center of Velez-Malaga is just a 30-minute drive away.
