Istrian Stone House

Istrian Stone House is located in the heart of the old Istrian village of Nova vas nad Dragonjo (also known with the Italian name of Villanova di Pirano). The house is built in traditional local stone and makes you experience the real authentic Istrian home. The interior is decorated carefully, the inner walls show exposed stone with pride. Outside there is a lot of green space, a big terrace and BBQ facilities.

The property features two bedrooms, a kitchen, living space, one bathroom and one additional toilet. It is equipped with air condition, TV, dish washer, washing machine and kitchen appliances.

The outdoor area is comprised by private parking place, terrace with outside furniture, BBQ place and garden.

The semi-detached unit in the center of Nova Vas (Villanova di Pirano) is a real traditional Istrian stone house made as per local tradition. Feel the authentic Istrian atmosphere with distinctive furnishings.

    “Eine Ferienunterkunft kann man sich kaum liebevoller eingerichtet vorstellen als diese. Erholung pur ist hier möglich, abgeschieden von allem, was diese laute Welt mit sich bringt. Hier ist die Ruhe, hier ist die ländliche Idylle. Frau Golob als Vermieterin ist eine Seele von Mensch und kümmert sich, wo sie nur kann und wo sie nötig ist. Auch unser Schäferhund Enya fühlte sich hier sehr wohl. In dem eingezäunten Garten konnte sie gefahrlos sein.”

    “Wer die Ruhe sucht und keinerlei Ablenkung braucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Gärtchen ist zauberhaft, die Außendusche wunderbar und man kann sich bei Spaziergängen ums Dorf oder beim Lesen wunderbar entspannen.”

    “Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr persönlich ausgestattet. Man hatte das Gefühl, jemand hat sein privates Haus für eine Zeit überlassen. Positiv: Sehr nette Vermieterin. Der schöne Garten hat zum Verweilen eingeladen.Die dort wachsenden Kräuter haben unsere Gerichte immer noch ein wenig aufgepeppt Negativ: Einige Fenster sollten mal ausgetauscht werden. Beim öffnen konnte es passieren, dass einem das komplette Fenster samt Verschraubung entgegenkam.”
