Comfortable Studio Close To Beach and City Center
Nice «Studio» type apartment on the ground floor including a private bathroom with a bathtub. It has a fully equipped kitchen (Microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine "Dolce Gusto"). It has two beds plus a 2 persons sofa bed. A baby bed can also be added by request. There is also an 8 m² terrace and a swimming pool.
This is our own private studio and doesn't belong to Piramides Resort.
The complex "Parque Cattleya " is secured by a locked gate and enjoys a central location in Playa de las Americas at few minutes walking distance to the beach. Lot of cafe’s, bars, supermarkets are directly around, and yet, the studio is just out of the noisy area so it is quite to get a good sleep at night.

You will receive a PDF document with comprehensive information about:
- how to reach the apartment from the airport by bus and the way back (just in front of it);
- the use of the handy washing machine if needed; - some interesting places and services such as the public laundry, shopping centers, cinema, etc.
There is a refundable damage deposit to be paid directly on arrival, you will get it back on the day you leave.

- surrounded by supermarket, cafe’s, bars and restaurants;
- 500 m to the beach;
- 800 m to the the known commercial street "Av. Las Americas";
