The gated property has two outdoor patios (one shaded with a large lemon tree, the other sunny), a happy long history, and authentic, hand-made decorations. In cool months, an indoor fireplace converts the summer house into a warm cozy cottage. Lemonia (= Lemon tree) - Paradisos villas - is found in Koutsourás, a quiet, agricultural village in South-Eastern Crete. It is less than 2 km west of the tourist town of Makry Gialos, 23 km east of Ierapetra, and 33 km from Sitia. A third large bedroom with 3 single beds, one of which is for special needs. There is also a chair bed that can sleep a 4th child. One bathroom has a spa tub; the other two have walk-in showers. One of the bathrooms is fully wheelchair-accessible. Hammocks and lounge chairs underneath grape vine pergola keep you serene and relaxed. The whole villa is ground level and handicapped accessible. Built in 1935, Lemonia has been fully renovated to nicely blend contemporary and traditional accents.
