This exclusive vacation home with private pool is located in the small picturesque village of Volosko, only about 2 km from the famous vacation destination of Opatija. The outdoor area is well-maintained and completely fenced, so you can enjoy your privacy. There are several terraces around the house at your disposal.
From the living room you can access the pool, which is located in the house and offers a beautiful view of the Kvarner Bay. The pool can be used all year round, as it can be closed by glass walls and the whole space can be heated. Experience the fantastic sea panorama.
The living area is comfortable, richly furnished and perfect for a relaxing stay. In the basement there is a gym and sauna. If you feel like beaches and summer hustle and bustle, visit the center of Opatija with beaches in the surrounding area. The town of Opatija has been a popular tourist destination since the 18th century and is known for unique architecture, its beautiful parks, a long beach promenade, lots of entertainment, luxury hotels and villas from the time of the Austro-Hungarian monarchy. Take part in various events held in Opatija and all along the Opatija Riviera.
Visit the small tourist towns nearby: Volosko, Lovran, I?i?i, Mo??eni?ka Draga and enjoy the rich cultural offer and various attractions organized throughout the year, such as the ?Chocolate Days? and the ?Marunada?, a traditional chestnut festival in Lovran. The varied gastronomic offer must also be highlighted, as in and around Opatija there are very famous Croatian restaurants that will convince you with excellent local specialties. For active holidaymakers we recommend the U?ka Nature Park with numerous hiking and mountain bike trails.
