This functionally furnished holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a family house in Dolac, near the beautiful town of Primošten. With its three bedrooms and proximity to the sea, it is ideal for a cosy family holiday or a holiday with friends. Dolac has hidden pebble and rocky beaches as well as bays where you can relax in the sun or swim on warm summer days. Walks along the waterfront are also recommended. A visit to the old town of Primošten, which is located on a small island, that is connected to the mainland by a dam, has been attracting guests from all over the world for years. The city of Šibenik with historical sights and summer events is also worth a visit. The area is characterized by delicious traditional cuisine and good wines.

    “Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin ist eine ältere Dame, welche nur kroatisch spricht, aber sich sehr für die Gäste bemüht. In der Wohnung ist eine relativ moderne Klimaanlage. Leider ist die Außeneinheit dieser Anlage direkt auf der Terasse (laut und heizt die Terasse extra auf). Auf der Terasse hat man ab Nachmittag die Sonne. Man kann aber schön den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Meer betrachten.
    Leider gab es ein kleines Problem mit der Angabe zu den Parkmöglichkeiten. Es werden 2 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück angeboten, aber es gibt im Angebot keinen Hinweis dass diese Parkplätze auch für eine zweite Wohneinheit verwendet werden. Zum Glück gab es einen freundlichen Nachbar, der uns das Parken auf seiner (noch) Baustelle genehmigte.”
