Own access from pool terrace to foot path alongside property, almost adjoining acres of nature land(see info below). Also another lovely terrace with garden like scenery(with amongst others lovely mature bougainville) in front of main entrance, somewhere one always can catch morning -, afternoon - or evening sun. Access to roof terrace is planned for not too far future.
