The house lies on a large plot of land in quiet surroundings.
The villa has two floors. On the ground floor there are the well-equipped kitchen and the dining room, as well as a living room with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and WC. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and another bathroom.
Outdoors you can use a pool, a garden and a terrace. There are two brick-built barbecues and a baking oven. Parking spaces are available and there is a children’s play area.
The owners live in the immediate vicinity and will be happy to assist you if required.
The house is located just four kilometres from the sandy beach in Ragusa. It is also easy to get to various interesting trip destinations and the film locations for the Montalbano series. It is about 125km to Catania airport, 45km to Comiso and 13km to Porta di Pozallo.
