Dieses ganz besondere Ferienhaus wurde direkt an den Hang auf eine Felsterrasse gebaut und so haben Sie einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf die Bucht von Deia. Das Haus verfügt über drei Etagen: in der oberen Etage gibt es ein kombiniertes Wohn- Esszimmer mit einer offenen und voll ausgestatteten modernen Küche. Vom Wohnzimmer aus haben Sie direkten Zugang zu der Terrasse, die mit einem Esstisch und einer gemütlichen Sitzgarnitur ausgestattet wurde. Ferner gibt es einen gemauerten Grill, dass gemütlichen Grillabenden nichts im Wege steht. Weiter befinden sich auf dieser Ebene zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, die beide Zugang zu einem gemeinsamen Duschbad haben. Über eine Aussentreppe gelangen Sie auf die nächst tiefere Ebene, wo sich zwei weitere Doppelschlafzimmer befinden, die sich ebenfalls ein gemeinsames Duschbad teilen. Wiederum über eine Aussentreppe gelangen Sie auf die unterste Ebene, wo sich eine weitere Terrasse befindet. Hier können Sie die Seele auf einer der Sonnenliegen baumeln lassen oder ein Bad im Jacuzzi nehmen. Wenn Sie lieber im Meer schwimmen möchten, nehmen Sie einen kleinen Weg, der Sie direkt dahin führt.
