This beautiful stone house is located in ?ipanska Luka on the island of ?ipan and is about 100 meters from the sea. The vacation house consists of a total of three separate apartments, which are accessible via terraces and external stairs. The apartments on the first and second floor have three bedrooms each, while the apartment on the first floor is a studio apartment. In front of the house is the pool with sundeck and seating, making it an ideal place for socializing. On the second floor, on the terrace behind the house, there is a fireplace where you can prepare delicious dishes. The port of ?ipan is a small fishing village known for its 13th century castle. The island is connected with Dubrovnik by ferry lines.
