Villa Brezza Marina has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It is just 500 metres from the sandy beach of Santa Maria del Focallo and a short drive from the seaside town of Pozzallo and Ispica.
Entry to the house is via an electronic gate leading to a small driveway shared with an other villa.
The property has a delightful outdoor space ideal for having fun in the Sicilian sun. A few steps lead up to a covered dining area with comfortable seating and a perfect view over the pool area. The wonderful swimming salt water pool is equipped with shower and sun loungers, the perfect place to have fun with the whole family. Available as well a wood barbeque and toilet.
From the terrace, glass doors lead to an open-space kitchen, dining and lounge area. To the right of the lounge there are two double bedrooms, both with en suite shower bathrooms. Stairs lead from the kitchen to the first floor where you will find two other bedrooms: one double and one twin room. The double room has a small terrace which overlooks the pool area. Another bathroom with shower is available on the 1st floor.
We believe that Villa Brezza Marina offers a superb accommodation for a family or group of friends. You will be able to spend days on the beach, by the pool or exploring one of the beautiful baroque towns, most of which are a short drive away including Scicli, Modica, Noto and even Siracusa which is slightly further afield, but still perfect for a day trip.
