Holiday House in Opanci with Private Parking and Beautiful View
The holiday house is situated in a small picturesque village Loveć, in the middle of Dalmatia, along a not-often used road.
This is the two-floor holiday house, approximately 100 m² in size per each floor. The floors comprise of the following rooms: two bedrooms, large living room, dinning room and kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Each living room has flat-screen satellite TV and a double sofa bed. There are also fully-equipped kitchens with an oven, microwave and a dining area. The ground floor has two bedrooms with king-size beds, while on the first floor one bedroom is with king-side bed and the other one has two single beds. There are two bathrooms on the ground floor, one large, with shower and washing machine, the other one with walk-in shower and complemented to the bedroom. Beside one large bathroom on the first floor there is a guest toilet. The first floor has a balcony with beautiful view.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and grill/barbecue. The private heated pool is in the center of the terrace with eight available loungers. The detached multi-functional playground and additional children playground are attractive for family and/or group (friends) vacation. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs. Also, there are three fenced parking places in front of the house.
Four bicycles will be at your disposal, free of charge. Furthermore, there is a travel bed for small children in the holiday home.
The beach is about 16 km away. The village centre with its supermarket is approximately 1 km away, while first restaurants are 3 km away. If you decide to go to the sea beach, world-famous rocky and sandy beaches of Makarska Riviera can be reached in 15-25 minutes by car, or if you prefer lakes, you will need just 10 minutes to get to the town of Imotski with the natural phenomena Red and Blue Lakes. In addition to Imotski and Makarska, we recommend a tour to the historic cities under UNESCO’s protection: Split, Trogir, Dubrovnik and Omiš and the National nature parks: Krka and Plitvice lakes.
