Luxurious recently refurbished apartment with large terrace and sea views

A stone's throw from the motorway without hearing it you find a small-scale apartment complex from 2008 where your a corner apartment is located. Away from mass tourism and centrally located, this is the perfect base to explore the island. With a beautiful panoramic sea view, 30 m2 sheltered terrace and everything newly and modern refurbished and decorated. The spacious home is equipped with every luxury and convenience and is south-facing with many facilities within walking distance.

You enter your home through a spacious hallway with a wardrobe with a mirror, in this space you can also find the washing machine . Your home consists of two spacious bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with a bed measuring 160 cm x 200 cm. In the hallway is a second bathroom, both are modern with double sinks and a walk-in shower with a rain effect. The second bedroom has two beds of 90 cm by 200 cm that can be converted seamlessly into a bed of 180 cm by 200 cm on request. The livingroom with spacious open kitchen has lots of light and a sofa bed for two people. The huge kitchen with breakfast bar is equipped with all desirable luxury such as: dishwasher, induction hob (3 burners), built-in oven, microwave, large fridge freezer, pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, hand blender, 3 different coffee makers (Dolce Gusto, Italiano and filter ), juicer, toaster, kettle, Tupperware, place mats, tea box, knife set and a wide selection of glassware. The house has a fibre optic internet connection and a 40 inch 4K TV with Chromecast so that all content from your smartphone or tablet can stream to the TV (Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Spotify etc.) Through the large sliding doors you enter the terrace (or the outside room). This has a dining table for 6 people, 3 seater sofa, two easy chairs and a coffee table. Lounge poufs are also available to enjoy the sun shining on the terrace all day. Because of the sheltered location you have a lot of privacy and you are protected from the wind. Also half of terrace can be covered by a large awning (5 meters wide). From the terrace you have direct access to the outside so that you can quickly reach the sea or the mini supermarket, which is only 50 meters away with a large assortment of local fruit and freshly baked bread all day long. Within walking distance you will also find the sea, a natural swimming pool, various bars and restaurants, including a pizzeria. You have access to your own parking space in the underground car park. Of course it is equipped with a lift. In short, the ideal holiday spot.

The Tabaiba area is located in the municipality of El Rosario as part of the metropolitan area of Santa Cruz de Tenerife about eleven kilometres away from the city. One of the great attractivities is the big amount sunny days all year around. The area is quiet and has a beautiful for its coastline with small coves with little beaches with black sand. Tabaiba is away from the busy tourist areas. Further on there are several restaurants, supermarkets and shops on walking distance. In Tabaiba you will find a free saltwater natural pool completely renovated in 2018, a small black sand beach, and a walking path of approximately 3km that brings you from Tabaiba to Radazul, where you can find a marina, a beach, shops and restaurants. Tabaiba is a very sought of area for divers from all over the world because of its special underwater beauty.
