Villa Erika für 6 bis 10 Personen mit Ostseeblick

Zwischen Kornfeldern und dem Bodden liegt im Südosten der Ferieninsel Rügen direkt am Steilufer der Ostsee das Ostseebad Göhren. Es ist das südlichste Seebad, der vier Ostseebäder, Binz, Sellin, Baabe, Göhren. Die Villa Erika wurde im Jahr 1891 am Hochufer von Göhren, im Auftrag des kaiserlichen Leibarztes Dr. Hase, von der Wolgaster Aktiengesellschaft errichtet. Es handelt sich um ein sogenanntes Wolgasthaus. Die Villa Erika diente von Anbeginn als Ferienhaus und Sommerresidenz. Im Laufe der Geschichte wurde es als Ferienwohnheim genutzt und später als Pension.



Das Haus wurde 2016/19 sensibel rekonstruiert, mit dem Anspruch, den historischen Villencharakter dem Baudenkmal wiederzugeben. In den oberen Geschossen befinden sich fünf Doppelschlafzimmer, drei mit Terrasse nach Süden, Osten und Westen. Es gibt vier Duschbäder. Verbunden sind die Schlafräume, die sich über zwei Etagen erstrecken durch das zentrale Treppenhaus, dessen Wände ganz mit Holz verkleidet sind. Im Erdgeschoss befinden sich, neben dem Haupteingang und der Garderobe die gemeinsam genutzten Räume. Mit den historischen Wandverkleidungen aus Pitchpineholz, zeigt das kleinere Wohnzimmer, Fernsehraum und Bibliothek den ganzen Charme der alten Bäderarchitektur. Das große Esszimmer und die Veranda bieten durch einen Erker Ostseeblick nach Nordost und Zugang in den vorderen Bereich des Gartens. Dort steht ein rustikaler Saunawagen der gerne genutzt werden kann. Neben dem Saunawagen steht ein kleines Nebengebäude, indem die Waschmaschine und eine weiter Toilette untergebracht ist.



Ebenfalls im Erdgeschoss befindet sich die große Küche mit Sitzgelegenheit und Blick in den sehr großen Garten. Dort kann man noch den alten Baumbestand, Ginko, Eibe, Hängebuche, genießen und in der Hängematte oder den Liegestühlen entspannen. Das Haus bietet Platz für 10 Gäste.



Die Kaution dient als Sichheitsleistung und zur Verrechnung der Nebenkosten für Gas - die Abrechnung und Rücküberweisung der restlichen Kaution erfolgt innerhalb von 14 bis 21 Werktage nach Abreise - Bitte bei Abreise die Bankverbindung auf dem vorhandenem Beleg hiinterlegen.
