Newly built and modern villa is located in small Mediterranean town Omiš. It is offering all you would need for a very comfortable and luxurious vacation. Villa is located in the quiet and totally private environment at the end of the street though only 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Omiš and just a short stroll from the pebble beach.
Villa can accommodate up to 10 guests, great for families and larger groups, pets are also allowed. Stunning views from every part of the house are inviting you to enjoy and relax watching magnificent sea and island view.
At ground floor level villa offers you indoor dinning area connected with fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hob, dishwasher and fridge. There is also toilet, shower bathroom and living room with sofa bed and TV.
On the lower ground floor is bedroom No.1 with king size bed(180x200), one single bed(90x200) and cot and en-suite bathroom, and playroom with Play station and table football, a great place for children all ages and also a sofa bed.
The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. Bedroom No. 2 with king size bed(180x200), bedroom No. 3 with queen size bed(160x200) and bedroom No.4 with two single beds(90x200) which can be connected if needed.
Villa is fully furnished with 9 A/C units and heating throughout the entire house and all 4 bedrooms, TV, free fast Wi-Fi and much more. There is also available travel bed for small children which can be put wherever you want and child´s highchair.

Next to the pool is covered dining facility with traditional barbecue and direct entrance to the kitchen. Behind the house you have table tennis and secured parking for 3 cars. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs.
Omiš is a picturesque town standing on river Cetina with incredible Adriatic views and beautiful beaches to enjoy. Fortresses, churches and cobbled streets give the town plenty of character, along with the pirate history of Omiš which is already by itself fascinating. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 800 metres away.
Town hosts festivals with an annual highlight being the Festival of Dalmatian Klapas each summer. The town connects historical sites with beaches and Cetina river surrounded by mountains and unspoiled nature. The Cetina river gives you opportunity to try out water-sports like rafting and canoeing. There are daily boat trips to islands Brač and Hvar. Famous city Split with its Diocletian´s palace, which was listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, is also easily accessible only 25km from the property.
