    “Die Wohnung bei Ankunft sehr verdreckt, Duschstange musste von uns selbst erstmal notdürftig angebracht werden, da Sie scheinbar von den Vormietern aus der Wand gefallen war . Klimaanlage wurde erst nach Unterstützung vom Reiseveranstalter eingeschaltet, es wimmelte von Ameisen in der Wohnung und auf dem Balkon. In allen Ecken Haare und Spinnweben. Die Toilette machte einen sazberen Eindruck. Der Schirm auf dem Balkon zerfleddert und defekt und nicht nutzbar. Direkt über dem Eingang nisten Tauben..... auch wenn täglich einmal dort saubergemacht wird.... früh morgens ist es ein Hindernislauf, besonders mit Kleinkind. Eine reine Massenabfertigung ohne Serviceorientierung. Echt schade, die Anlage ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber sie ist ok, wenn man komplett ohne Anspruch kommt. Auch von den Nachbarn leider das gleiche Leid. Reklamationen am Service bringen nichts, erst wenn sich der Reiseveranstalter einschaltet, aber auch nur mit minimalistischen Engagement. Vorhanden sind Töpfe, Gläser, Besteck und Teller. Zwingend mitzunehmen Reinigungsmittel und Ungezieferspray, welches aber im Resorteigenen Kiosk ausreuchendst vorhanden ist.”
