This beautiful half-timbered house was extensively renovated in 2019 with natural, ecological building materials and based on old craftsmanship and offers itself as a vacation home for a relaxing and active vacation. In the house with four bedrooms and two bathrooms you have enough space with family or friends.

The furnishings are modern and of high quality. In the large kitchen-cum-living room, you have a wooden kitchen stove in addition to the modern kitchen grills. There you can take meals together or enjoy relaxing game evenings. For retreat you can use the cozy living room. The first floor of the house is suitable for people with limited mobility, especially the bathroom and shower offer enough space for use with a walker.

In nice weather you can enjoy your vacation in the garden on the comfortable garden furniture or the sun loungers. A private barbecue belongs to the many other amenities of the house, along with the board games that are also available. The property itself is largely surrounded by a protective beech hedge. The 5-meter-high beech hedge is a regional feature, it provides excellent privacy in addition to the desired weather protection.

In addition to the car parking spaces in front of the house are in about 30 meters away 2 car garage parking spaces for a fee, which can also be used for bicycles, e-bikes, or motorcycles. The prices for the garage parking spaces are to be requested from the owner.

The climatic health resort Monschau with its historic old town, the imposing hedge and venn landscape with half-timbered houses and cobblestone streets is a town in western Germany, near the Belgian border. Monschau Castle towers over the town and is a venue for open-air concerts. In spring, the famous daffodil bloom offers a rare natural spectacle in the Perlenbach and Fuhrtsbachtal valleys near Monschau. At the beginning of spring, several million wild daffodils bloom and spread out into large yellow carpets. They are spread over an area of 280 hectares ? apart from the Eifel, these meadows of wild blooming daffodils can only be found in the Hunsrück.

For your own vacation activities there are many possibilities for hikers and cyclists. Your vacation resort Monschau district Höfen is also called the gateway to the Eifel National Park. In winter, depending on the weather, there are groomed cross-country ski trails. For motor sports enthusiasts, in addition to the Nuremberg Ring, the SPA Francorchamps Formula 1 race track is also within easy reach.
