Apartment is approx. 10min away from Centre of Pula and nearest beach by car.

Apartment is on the 1st floor and about 100 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with an flatscreen TV, sofa and air condition device, 3 bedroom next to it of which 2 bedrooms include a double bed and 1 bedroom 2 single beds, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster and a dining area, as well as bathroom with a shower, bidet and washing machine.

Terrace with garden furniture and sunshade / Grill/barbecue is at the ground floor in the garden Property has its own parking space fit for 2 vehicles.

Please note that the holiday home can only be reached via a road that has not been surfaced (gravel path of about 200 metres)

The beach is about 10min drive with the car, also accessible by bus, nearest public bus station is 200m away. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is about 3km away. There is also a National Park of Brijuni Islands, group of fourteen small islands in the Croatian part of the northern Adriatic Sea, famous for their scenic beauty.
