Villetta Iris
In the quiet residential area of San Bernardo, in Garda, overlooking the surrounding green hills and the Rocca, a few hundred meters from the town center and a short walk from the supermarket, Villetta Iris enjoys a beautiful garden on three sides of the house and has an own entrance and a covered patio. From the road and from the entrance gate, it takes 7 steps to reach the garden.
The entrance is on the ground floor, where two French doors open and there is a covered patio. In the basement, accessed via an external staircase of 17 steps, there is access to a large windowed room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. From here you can enter directly into the private garage. Tiled floors everywhere. Air conditioning in the living area and sleeping area.
