Ferienhaus in Tossens mit gut ausgestatteter Terrasse

Der Ferienbungalow befindet sich im Aidapark Tossens in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich.

Es handelt sich um einen gut ausgestatteten Ferienbungalow, der 4 Personen einen gemütlichen Nordseeaufenthalt ermöglicht. Er verfügt über einen Wohn-/Essbereich mit Einbauküche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 x 2m mit durchgehendem Topper), ein Schlafzimmer mit 2 hintereinanderstehenden Einzelbetten (0,80m x 1,80 m), ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und einen kleinen Abstellraum. Vorhanden sind 1 Sat-TV (Wohnzimmer), Hifi-Anlage mit CD, Bluetooth und USB, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Cerankochfeld, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Kaffeemaschinen (Senseo, Filtermaschine), Wasser- und Eierkocher, Mixer, Fön, Toaster, Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Holzkohlengrill, Gesellschaftsspiele und Bücher. Das Haus verfügt über eine moderne Gasheizung und wird ganzjährig vermietet. Außerdem bieten wir unseren Gästen kostenloses W-LAN.

Zum Haus gehört eine große möblierte Terrasse mit Stühlen, Tisch, einem Strandkorb und einer Liege. Ein Holzkohlengrill ist auch vorhanden. Der Garten ist fast komplett eingezäunt bzw. mit einer dichten Hecke eingefasst.

Direkt vor dem Ferienhaus befindet sich ein Stellplatz für einen PKW. Auf einem nahegelegenen Parkplatz in ca. 300 m Enfernung befinden sich weitere kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten.

Der Aidapark Tossens befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Deich und der Strand ist ca 500 m entfernt. Auch Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in dieser Entfernung zu erreichen.
