Two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (it is possible to add a single bed), the second with a single bed (it is possible to add a single bed), for a total of 5 beds. A kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, electric oven and microwave, kettle and coffee maker, with dining area. A bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower and washing machine. Balcony with a vast city panorama for smokers.

The holiday home is located on the third floor of a period building that DOES NOT HAVE ELEVATOR.
