ARRIVAL
Arrival at the apartment the day agreed takes place between 14:30 and 21:30. The property is not liable for problems caused by early or late arrivals after the time mentioned above.
Late arrival: after 21:30 until 22:30 the day fixed, the customer must pay the sum scheduled for accompaniments night; after 22:30 the supplement.
In case of delay is not notified promptly carer, the latter will be allowed to wait for the client no later than 30 minutes after the set time. After 30 minutes will be provided by the customer contact
In case of no show on the appointed day, the apartment will be kept available only until 07:00 the following day.
CHECK IN
The check-in includes:
Meeting and reception of guests at the time and place set out and transfer to the apartment;
tour of the apartment and explanations of the operation of appliances and proof of the place where is the lifesaver to let people know the guest how to behave in case of power failure;
in particular washing machines and dishwashers should be used separately and only when you are in the apartment;
please do not touch any of the buttons of the boiler in order to avoid unpleasant consequences for incorrect use;

Check-out time by 11:00 am the day of departure.
The check-out includes:
the keys will be left on the kitchen table or in another conspicuous place and the carer or the operator will be responsible for cleaning return them to the property;
dishes, pots and pans, glasses and dishes will all have been thoroughly washed and placed in the appropriate beliefs and drawers. The dishwasher will be left blank;
the refrigerator must be emptied from food and in particular those perishable;
by guest will arrange removal of all possible garbage.
