Neues Steinhaus mit Pool in ruhiger Lage für 4 Personen
Die Halbinsel Lustica mit ihren zahlreichen Stränden lädt zu einem Erholungsurlaub mit sportlichen Aktivitäten ein. Mrkovi liegt umgeben von Olivengärten an der offenen Meerseite und ist vom Tourismus noch weitgehend unentdeckt.
Das neue Haus verfügt über allen Komfort eines Neubaus, ist aber traditionell ausgestattet und möbliert. Bei jedem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Duschbad. Im Untergeschoß liegt der große Wohnraum mit Kamin für den Winter. Die Räume sind zentral mit Klimaanlage versorgt, im Winter mit Fußbodenheizung über eine Luftwärmepumpe. Gleich neben dem Eingang befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit Elektro- und Gasgeräten.
Vom Wohnraum betritt man die große Terrasse. Gegenüber dem Eingang befindet sich der Pool im Garten. Vom Obergeschoß kommt man über eine Außenstiege zur Dachterrasse mit Rundum-Ausblick auf Meer und Berge.
Turm mit großer Aussichtsterrasse Jeder Stein des Hauses ist von Hand geschlagen und vermauert! Eine großartige Handwerkskunst und ein Tribut an die Umgebung!
