Charming cottage with beautiful private pool, 4.5 km from Uzès, a medieval town of the Gard. Built on the heights of the village of Montaren-et-St-Médiers. The fully equipped and air-conditioned studio on the first floor has a bathroom and a covered terrace. Upstairs is a fully equipped second kitchen, a large living room overlooking a covered terrace with stunning views and two bedrooms. A large garden, games for children (playhouse, slide, trampoline) and chickens will delight the kids. In the heart of a highly sought-after region, Uzès offers a splendid old town with numerous stores and restaurants, as well as many architectural treasures such as the Château des Ducs or the Fenestrelle Tower. The Place aux Herbes hosts a well-known market every Saturday. Discover St Quentin la Poterie, its art workshops and its market on Friday mornings 5 km away. Nimes is 30 km away, Avignon and its Papal Palace, its Pont St Benezet, its city center and its gardens and museums are 44 km away. This beautiful region offers many activities in unforgettable scenery: hiking, biking and horseback riding, canoeing, swimming in the river, climbing, quad biking, picnicking ... You can reach the Gorges de l'Ardèche after 40 km with its dizzying cliffs and breathtaking views.
