    “Ausstattung: Küche und Bad sehr neu und modern, Rest des Appartements etwas abgenutzt (Rolläden, Fußböden, Einbauschränke) aber insgesamt gut ausgestattet.

    Lage: Sehr gut, direkt am Strand, sehr ruhig. Man hört nur das Meeresrauschen

    Zustand Haus: Etwas runtergekommenes Mehrparteienhaus mit ca. 40 Wohnungen, riecht etwas muffig, aber mit eigenen Stellplatz. Das App. liegt etwas über dem Durchschnitt des Hauses.

    Sauberkeit: Leider das größte Manko. Die Wohnung war bei unserem Bezug (Hauptsaison Ende Juli 2019) SEHR DRECKIG.: Klebrige Flecken im Kühlschrank, schmutziges Geschirr, Dreck in den Einbauschränken, getrocknete Urinspritzer auf der Toilettenbrille und extrem dreckiger, schmieriger Fußboden und Balkonboden
    Das wünscht sich niemand zu Urlaubsbeginn. Wir haben erst mal Fotos gemacht, geputzt und bei Interhome reklamiert. Man hat uns dann nach mehrmaliger vehementer Nachfrage die Kosten für die Endreinigung (70,-€) erlassen.
