This detached house is close to the beach, in promenade by the sea in Kastela, Dalmatia

The ground floor is about 105 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen smart TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a 3 bedroom in sleeping area, which includes a double bed.Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, coffee machine and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a bath tub and bidet. Second bathroom has shower and toilet. Living room and every bedroom got separate air-conditioner for cooling and heating. Rooms are equiped with new furniture 2020, and also new wall and fences for better privacy.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and two garden loungers. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children and dogs. There are BBQ facility and 2 parking places inside propherty.

Sea is 40m away,The town beach is about 200 m away and beach for dogs 400m away. The restaurant and supermarket is approximately 200 m away.Bus station is also 200m away. House is on the seaside promenade 10 km long. There is several medieval castles (one filmed in Game of thrones -town Bravos 2km away)
