Sandy Calheta Beach is only 5 minutes walk away.

The villa offers a generous living space of 155 m², spread across two floors. It has thre spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to six persons. The main bedroom comes with its own en-suite bathroom. And there is a second bathroom to service the other two bedrooms. A separate guest toilet offers additional comfort. The living area is complete with flat screen TV and WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a self-catering holiday.
The sunny terrace with patio furniture is accessible from the lounge and dining area. The villa offers a fabulous panoramic and unobstructed view of the ocean and mountains. Next the the terrace is your private swimming pool and s barbeque area. The pool is heated (optional). There are pool loungers and an outside dining table for alfresco dining.
