Beautiful seafront apartment located in a quality marine environment, between the Riells Beach and the Yacht Club, offers views over the sea and the Marina.

For up to 4 people, at 150 meters from beach, It offers two community pools, one for kids and another for adults, private parking space, lift, Internet WIFI and air conditioning.

Newly built apartment (2005), in the first floor, with exterior aspects and plenty of sun, in a three-floor building. The apartment size is 70 square meters for up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms and one bathroom.

It consists of a hallway, two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with bunk beds), complete bathroom with shower, dining room and the living room with access to the terrace (6 m²) and kitchen.




In front of the apartment is the Yacht Club of L'Escala where you can contract all kinds of water sports (windsurf, light sailing courses, paddle surfing, kayaking, water ski, boating, etc.). There is also the diving company Orca Diving who will open the doors of the Mediterranean seabed.
