2 rooms nicely decorated, with superb sea view and swimming pool which can accomodate up to 4 people in Théoule-sur-Mer ( Alpes Maritimes - 06). The apartment is located in a secure residence with guard, digital lock, very quiet enjoying an exceptional location at the entrance of the nature reserve Esterel (50m from the start of many hiking or mountain biking), with panoramic views on the sea, the bay of Cannes and the Alps. Beautiful infinity pool of 450m-2 with jacuzzi and paddling pool for children, deckchairs and parasols provided, open from early May to October, monitored in July and August. The apartment is located on the third floor on 4. Living area 32m-2, the entrance gives access to the living room with open kitchen fully equipped. Covered terrace 6m-2, a bedroom, a bathroom with separate WC, WIFI, wide elevator, private closed garage/box for car + bikes, motorcycle, paddle... (vehicle dimensions: max length 4,50m - width: 2,50m - height 1,80m). If your vehicle is longer, a parking space is available.

Accommodation details: Living room with a sofa bed for 2, flat screen TV, DVD player, Voltaire armchair, many guides and informations (walks, hiking, tours, skiing, diving, mountain biking, etc.), books, DVDs, comics, etc ... Fully equipped kitchen with table, 4 chairs, electric hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine with Aerocino, electric kettle, complete crockery ... Available: salt, pepper, sugar, oil, vinegar, paper towels, sponges, garbage bags, tea towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, water bottle, Nespresso coffee capsules ... Bedroom with double bed 160cm with separate mattresses, dressing room, window with electric shutter and mosquito net, bed linen provided (duvet with cover, pillows, pillowcases ...) changed weekly, bed made on arrival. Bathroom with bath / shower, sink, storage, hair dryer, towels provided (towels, bath towels) changed weekly. Separate toilet, hot water 150L Large bay window overlooking the terrace with garden furniture (bistro table 4 people with mosaic tray, chairs and armchair). Personal welcome by the owners from 03:00pm on the day of arrival, late arrival possible, checkout before 11:00am. No cleaning fee.
