It has two entrances, one of which is on the ground floor, ideal for people with reduced mobility Originally, the farmers who worked the vineyards to produce table wine lived here. It is the only apartment with a terrace and a pergola. The view of the vineyards gives a feeling of calm, and when you return home, you will find it hard to forget the feeling of serenity you experience as you sip your coffee at dawn. The apartment has beamed ceilings and traditional Tuscan-style terracotta tiles; the floors are handcrafted terracotta so each brick is different from the next, making the floors unique. The kitchen was recently renovated to create more space and comfort for the entire apartment; it is the only room in the entire farmhouse with a modern floor. Some of the furnishings, such as the kitchen dresser and some antiques, belong to Susanna's family.
