Sie erwartet eine komfortabel ausgestattete, klimatisierte Ferienwohnung für 2-4 Personen mit einem großzügig gestalteten Balkon und herrlichem Seeblick direkt am Meer auf der Südseite der Halbinsel Ciovo gelegen.



Die Wohnung (ca. 55m² ) besteht aus Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett), Wohnzimmer (mit sehr bequemer Schlafcouch, Sat-TV, DVD und Internetzugang), Küche (mit 4 E-Kochplatten, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierschrank/-fach und Geschirr) und Bad/WC.



Im gepflegten Garten finden Sie eine Außendusche, einen Grillkamin und ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Vor dem Grundstück ist eine Boje installiert, an der ggf. mitgebrachte Boote festgemacht werden können.



Badeplattformen auf dem Strand direkt vor dem Haus gewährleisten einen einfachen Einstieg ins Wasser und bieten Liegeflächen. 20m von unserem Haus entfernt befindet sich ein kleiner Kiesstrand, wenige Gehminuten entfernt gibt es weitere Kieselbuchten.



Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden Sie ca. 80m vom Ferienhaus entfernt. In nächster Nähe befindet sich eine deutschsprachige Tauchschule. Tennisplätze, einen Jet-Ski und Motorroller-Verleih finden finden Sie 1,5km entfernt.
