Ferienhaus für 5 Personen und 1 Kind in Vinisce, Dalmatien (Mitteldalmatien)
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitengasse und ist zu Fuß nur 300 Meter vom Strand und der Promenade entfernt. Auf der Promenade gibt es einige tolle Lokale und Restaurants, welche herrliche mediterrane Gerichte anbieten.
Die Villa wurde erst in diesem Jahr gebaut und ist somit total neu. Im Erdgeschossbereich des Hauses befinden sich drei getrennte Studio-Apartments mit jeweils eigener Miniküche, einem eigenen Badezimmer und einem direkten Zugang zum Außenbereich (Terrasse mit Pool). Im Obergeschoss befindet sich Wohnzimmer mit dem Balkon und Galerie, Eingangsflur mit Dusche und WC und die Garage für ein Auto. Die Innenausstattung wurde ebenfalls komplett neu eingerichtet.
Im Außenbereich gibt einen Swimmingpool, eine Solardusche und einen Liegebereich mit Liegestühlen. Weiters gibt es einen großen Steinofengrill, der von unseren Gästen ebenfalls benutzt werden kann.
