Discover this beautiful old farmhouse with private pool in the department of Hérault with a beautiful view of the countryside, secluded and beautifully restored.

It consists of two independent parts (each with its own kitchen, living room, bathroom). The main building measures 160 m2 and the other accommodation 65 m2. The house is located on the Col de la Louvière at 500 m altitude, very close to the beautiful wine village of Saint-Chinian. It is the ideal starting point for beautiful walks through the unspoiled nature.

Treat yourself to a swim in the river less than 15 minutes away in St Chinian or at the waterfall in Babeau, excursions by kayak, on horseback, on foot or by bike. Several wineries with wine tastings can be visited in the area. If you are looking for picturesque little villages, take a trip to Olargues (31 km), Minerve (24 km) and Roquebrun (27 km). For beach lovers, Gruissan, Valras or Vias are just an hour away by car. In less than two hours you can reach Béziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Nîmes or Sète.
