This luxurious beautifully-furnished second-floor apartment has stunning views out to sea and over ‘Potato beach’ (Praia da Batata) which is just 50 metres from the apartment block.



You can sit and relax on the balcony while watching fishing boats go in and out of the harbour, as well as the tourist boats, sailing boats, kayak tours, etc.

There are wonderful views across the bay of Lagos towards Alvor and Portimao and, if you are awake early enough, you can enjoy the beautiful sunrises.

It is a truly spectacular location.



The apartment is perfect for those who want to be close to a beach as well as a town and amenities are within a short walk from the apartment, including excellent restaurants, bars, beaches, the award-winning Marina de Lagos, fish market, supermarkets, train station, bus station, and taxi rank.



With such a central location a car is not necessary when staying here, but in case you do have a car there is an allocated parking space available on-site for you to use.

Parking is free of charge and is located in the underground parking area - with direct access by lift to the apartment level.



Please note that between the apartment block and the beach is a road. When the windows of the apartment are open, some road noise can be heard.



We have multiple properties available at this location. If you are holidaying with friends or family who also need accommodation, please ask us for availability of these properties.



'Festa do Banho 29' (29 August)

Please note that each year on 29 August Lagos celebrates the traditional 'Festa do Banho', which includes historical recreations, food and drinks, traditional swimwear parades and lots of musical entertainment.

This is a great way to experience the local culture.

The location for this event is usually on the beach directly opposite the block where this apartment is situated - which means that you will have a great view of the party and will be able to experience the wonderful atmosphere - but keep in mind that there will be loud music from the party.

The 'Festa do Banho' takes place on 1 night only (29 August).

However, other events may take place before that date.

Please take this into consideration if you are intending to stay in this apartment at the end of August.



Update July 2023:

During 2023 there may be some minor maintenance works taking place around the common areas of the building where this apartment is located.

These works – which are outside of our control - are essential for maintaining the high standard of the building and the surrounding area.

We do not expect the works to cause excessive noise or disruption, or to have a negative impact on the enjoyment of your holiday.
