Souda Bay Cottage is a charming one-story holiday house with a size of 70 square meters, situated on the south coast of Crete, overlooking the breathtaking Souda Bay. It's just a short drive away from the picturesque village of Plakias. This cottage offers a spectacular view of the South Coast Sea, as well as the Souda and Plakias bays. It is conveniently located near all the amenities for a comfortable holiday experience.



In front of the house, there is a lush lawn area and an 18 square meter private swimming pool, surrounded by relaxation areas furnished with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and umbrellas. The interior of the cottage features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own private en-suite modern, fully equipped bathrooms. The open-plan modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary modern appliances and is adjoined to a dining area. The living room is equipped with a flat-screen satellite TV and a cozy fireplace. It leads to a covered patio that is fully furnished with outdoor furniture, offering a perfect setting for dining and spending many relaxing hours outdoors, enjoying the magnificent view and serene atmosphere.



Free parking spaces are available, and there is Wi-Fi coverage throughout the property. Please note that the property is exclusively for the use of registered guests, and visitors are not allowed.



Plakias is a coastal settlement located on the southern coast of Crete, 40 kilometers south of Rethymno. It boasts a wonderful 1300-meter-long sandy beach, perfect for swimming and water sports.
