La Villetta si trova immersa nelle lussureggianti colline di Colonnella ed a soli 5 minuti di auto dallo splendido mare Adriatico(7Km).

La propieta' e' composta da un ampio e luminoso ingresso dove troverete la sala da pranzo con divano letto ed una cucina molto grande ed attrezzata di tutto,una stanza matrimoniale ed un'altra stanza con 2 letti singoli,un bagno finestrato con doccia. In totale 5 posti letto.

Da considerare che la biancheria da bagno e da camera più aria condizionata è a pagamento se richiesta , l'animale domestico ha un costo supplementare .



L'intera casa e' circondata da un grande giardino recintato dove i piu' piccoli potranno giocare liberamente.Il giardino e' dotato anche di un angolo barbecue dove potrete cucinare dell'ottima carne alla griglia ed i famosi arrosticini abruzzesi.

La villa si presta ad una vacanza all'insegna del relax e mare buttando un occhio anche allo sport,infatti per gli amanti della mountain bike ci sono percorsi sterrati che attraversano vitigni ed uliveti per un'esperienza indimenticabile. Dal casello autostradale occorrono solamente 10 minuti di macchina per arrivare alla propieta' ed iniziare a rilassarsi nella frescura collinare dopo una lunga e calda giornata estiva. La villeta può essere considerata PET FRENDLY

    “Das Haus ist sehr ordentlich und sauber und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind fest und nicht durchgelegen.
    Videoüberwachung außen ist vorhanden, außerdem sind in allen Innenräumen Bewegungsmelder installiert.”
