RESORT / LOCAL AREA
Casa Amore is located on the popular and attractive Watersong resort in Davenport. The resort has several lakes and lush tropical planting, making it rich in natural flora and fauna, and a very peaceful and attractive setting from which to enjoy Orlando's many wonderful amusement parks and other attractions.
Guests at this villa are welcome to make use of the Watersong resort's many wonderful amenities, including free use of the resort-style pool and clubhouse. The clubhouse houses a cyber café and a fitness centre. On the resort guests are also welcome to enjoy the basketball courts, volleyball courts and children's play area.
Watersong gives you good access to Orlando's main attractions. It's just a fifteen minute drive to Disney World, twenty minutes away from SeaWorld, and twenty-five minutes away from Universal. There are also good local amenities, with a decent supermarket around five minutes' drive away.
The Davenport location is convenient for the I-4 and, from there, it is easy to explore the wider central Florida region.

Casa Amore is a lovely 5-bed, 4.5 bath vacation home with free Wi-Fi and a private pool and spa on the spectacular resort of Watersong – just fifteen minutes from Disney. It offers great resort amenities, including a clubhouse with fitness room, cyber café, resort style pool, a putting green, sand volleyball court and a children's playground. The outdoor space is the real highlight of this property – you can pass many happy hours in its generous pool area with spa pool and shaded lanai. The villa is wonderfully appointed and can accommodate up to ten people in great comfort.
LIVING SPACE
The bright fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to cater for your family during your vacation. It opens directly on to the family room, a bright and comfortable space with 65" Smart HDTV. Adjacent is the modern formal dining area seating eight people. The family room overlooks the pool deck, as does the neighbouring dining nook – which is the perfect spot to enjoy more formal dining at home. Or, for more relaxed mealtimes, simply take your snack out on to the poolside lanai which has a comfortable patio set seating eight.
BEDROOMS
The Master bedroom is at the back of the villa, just off the family lounge area and has a King-size bed, patio doors to the pool deck and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is to the right of the stairs on the first floor and has a King-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is at the front of the villa, to the left of the front door and has a Queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 4 is next to bedroom 2 and has twin beds. Bedroom 5 is next to bedroom 4 and is a frozen themed bedroom with twin beds. Bedrooms 4 and 5 share an en-suite bathroom.
ADDITIONAL BATHROOM
Cloakroom located on the pool deck contains sink, WC.
ENTERTAINMENT
The games room is a fantastic extra bonus – it has a full-size pool table, a 48" TV, a Play Station3, gaming chair, a Wii games console with games and 4 controllers. It is a useful – and fun! – extra space to escape to for a bit of downtime. It also offers full laundry facilities.
OUTSIDE SPACE
The large pool deck with views of conservation and woodland to the rear of the property has a good sized pool and spa. The villa also has a poolside bathroom and outdoor pool shower – a really useful addition when you are enjoying a family day at home by the pool.
Outside there is a small al fresco kitchen area and an integrated Natural gas BBQ is provided, so you can enjoy a few nights cooking and dining in the Florida evening sunshine.
Like many Florida properties, pool heat is not included, but the pool can be heated for a small additional charge. We recommend you book this optional extra if you are staying between October and April.
