Rated 3 stars by Gîtes de France. At the second level of a small 3 levels building with lift , in a quiet area near the commercial center of Tournamy à 150m ( see details here under) ; just below the historic Village of Mougins( 900 m) between sea and mountain. A8 motorway at 700m, palm Bus to Cannes.


Rental of minimum 4 nights , 7 from June to September.

This apartment can accommodate 3 adults and 2 children , total 5 people ; total area: 54 m²,south balcony, Available for vacation rentals all year round •1 common square room, air-conditioned, 22 m², with French and foreign TV channels plus Netflix, Primevideo and Disney+ , WIFI , communicating by a sliding Bay window with South balcony. Table with 6 chairs (Ikea style), table and lounge chairs, wooden support sofa forming comfortable bed (1.90 x 0.80 m) and containing a second mattress (1.85 x 0.80 m) for young children, in the drawer below (see photo). •1 Air-conditioned room (9 m²) with double bed (1,60 x 2 m), wardrobe, table bedside lamp, radio, communication with the second bedroom by glass door (+ electrical shutter) . •1 air-conditioned room, former balcony converted into a small bedroom (7-8 sqm), cupboard, table bedside lamp, bay windows . Update :The attractiveness of the Tournamy shopping district has just been seriously reinforced by the opening of 30 stores around a brand new central square served by 350 underground car parks and adjoining the old shopping center which remains active.

Among the new businesses, a large pharmacy, a mini supermarket called “MONOP” and a superb brasserie “RIVIERA” open morning, noon and evening, from Monday to Saturday.

A pedestrian crossing from the Paradisier building gives direct access to the central square at 100/150 m.

Furthermore, the Tournamy avenue itself has been completely redesigned, with a central lane for the frequent buses serving Cannes , Grasse and Sophia -Antipolis, wide sidewalks, cycle paths and plantations.

The garden opf 6000 m2 just brought the final touch at the end of December 2023.



-From May to mid-October , free access at 200m to the 2 large pools private to the group of residences which includes this apartment (Not a municipal pool).

The historical village of Mougins, well known for its gastronomy is uphill at about 900 meters. A 15-minute drive takes you to Grasse and its perfumes or the port and beaches of Antibes, famous for its Vauban fort, its jazz festival and even more - with the kids - for its unforgettable Marineland. Cannes is at less than 7 kms and for golfers, there are 28 golf courses on the Cote d'Azur. At the perched village of Gourdon you will enjoy the Nice-Cannes panoramic view whilst the Place des Arcades" of neaby Valbonne is the place for aperitive at sunset, not forgetting its large choice of restaurants and its unique market of Friday ( free parking).
