This is an old , very antique mill with the oldest part dating back to 1300. It has been renovated magnificently . A little stream runs alongside the house and it is not unusual to see horses coming in to drink .. this is a unique experience not to be missed

To the ground floor, 3 spacious double bedrooms and 1 contemporary-fitted shower room feature alongside a sweeping modern staircase, which leads upstairs. To the upper floor, a beautiful open plan lake view living room with beamed ceiling, romantic fireplace and l-shaped sofa with SAT TV feature alongside a well-presented kitchen diner for 6-8. The generous open plan living space also leads out onto a sunny private balcony. There, an alfresco dining set with sweeping lake and mountain views can be savoured. The effortless entertaining space is complemented by a spacious double bedroom, a modern fitted shower room and private laundry facilities. Guests also have access to private parking and a lovely private garden.

The hillside idyll of ‘Frazione Pusgnano’ leads in just 11 minutes’ by car to the popular lake beach, windsurfing club and authentic eateries of Cremia.     “We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks. The villa is lovely but there were a few things that could have been better.
    There is a chaise lounge in the reception hall that looks beautiful on the photos however it was stained and dirty. The furniture around the pool was disappointing, some chairs were broken and there was not anything clean and comfortable to relax on. The pool is beautiful but was only cleaned twice during our stay. There is a net however so you can do it yourself. The property would benefit from a welcome pack with details about the property ie, where the washing machine is, what the wifi code is etc. The bathrooms were amazing, the double shower in the downstairs bathroom was lovely. The pathway down to the villa from the parking space was not really a path - it isnt paved , it is stone and gravel making it difficult to walk down on particulary after a heavy downpour. The properties around the villa have dogs which bark a lot of the time. We were going to have a BBQ one night but wasnt able to due to the incessant noise. Next door has goats which escaped from their enclosure twice and the shephard had to herd them back. A gate/fence at the side if the property would be beneficial.
    The villa doesnt have air conditioning, there were lots of fans provided though. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of glasses, plates, pots and pans. The views from the upstairs balcony were beautiful, i enjoyed watching the sunrise and set!” “We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks.
