Newly built and comfortable Ferienhaus Marie is located directly on the Ziller River with a wonderful view to the Zillertal and Tux Alps. In just a few minutes you can reach the center of Mayrhofen, where the Penkenbahn ski entrance is also located. In Mayrhofen you will find numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, cafés and many leisure and entertainment options. At the farm nearby you have the opportunity to buy fresh eggs from the chicken coop. The solid wood parlor invites you to cozy winter evenings. In summer in the garden or from the cozy terrace you can listen to the sound of the Ziller River. Due to its proximity to winter sports facilities and hiking trails, is Ferienhaus Marie ideal holiday choice.

    “Das Objekt ist auf Grund seines geringen Alters von innen wie außen sehr modern und in einem neuwertigen Zustand.
    Jedes Zimmer ist mit einem eigenen Bad ausgestattet, welches modern ausgesattet ist und je über Dusche, Waschbecken, WC und Handtuchheizung verfügt.
    Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Alle geräte funktionieren einwandfrei und Besteck+Geschirr sind Neuwertig.
    Der Skiraum mit Skischuhtrocknern wird vond en bewohnern des benachbarten Ferienhauses mitgenutzt bietet aber ausreichend Platz für alle Reisenden. Außerdem lagen in dem Skiraum einfache Rodel bereit, welche für eine kleine Abendgaudi auf der banchbarten Wiese genutzt werden können.
    Die Lage am Rand von Mayrhofen sorgt für eine ruhige Umgebung. Das Haus ist dennoch gut mit dem Skibus erreichbar. Die Skibushaltestelle liegt an der nächsten Brücke über den Ziller am Gasthaus Zillertal und ist in Skischuhen in ca. 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Skibus hält am Bahnhof in Mayrhofen, von wo aus man mit der Zillertalbahn die Möglichkeit hat die anderen Skigebiete im Zillertal anzufahren. In ca. 25min (Fußweg + Skibus) ist man am Morgen an der Penkenbahn.
    Der letzte Bus zum Haus zurück fährt bereits um 17:00 Uhr. Ein Taxi für 8 Personen kostet zwischen 15 und 20€.
    Die Vermieterin des Hauses ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Auf nachfrage werden fehlende Utensilien nachgereicht/organisiert. An- und Abreise verliefen völlig problemlos und entspannt.”
