The family-friendly complex offers a shared swimming pool and a private garage, whilst the modern internal 2 bed layout will easily appeal to flexible family groups of 4.

Its picturesque lakeside leads to the Bay of Lenno, where the sandy lake beach, stylish bar, nightclub and restaurant of fashionable Lido di Lenno can be enjoyed. The Bay also offers a frequent water taxi service to the famous Villa Balbianello attraction (which is situated just to the other side of the bay). A path next to the Lido also leads through woodland to the beautiful Villa; perfect for enjoying a lovely sheltered hike! The Lenno area also offers easy access to the passing ‘Greenway del Lago’, the ‘Sacro Monte di Ossuccio’ walk above Ossuccio and the ‘San Martino’ climb in Griante. As well as lake swimming and walking, the local area also offers tennis, boat rental, water sports, Golf and extreme sport opportunities.

Lenno is very well-connected; with a passenger ferry stop, a main lake road and a frequent bus service to Menaggio and Como city. Conveniently placed for reaching the famous L’ Isola Comacina, Villa Carlotta, the popular Tremezzina lakeside and the beautiful ‘golden triangle’ resort towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Menaggio; the scene is set for a captivating lake escape!

    “Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, man hat einen super Ausblick auf den See und die Berge.
    Die Einrichtung scheint teilweise neu zu sein, macht aber leider einen "billigen" Eindruck. Die Küche ist schon etwas älter, Rückwand hinter dem Herd und Arbeitsplatte sehr schmutzig. Insgesamt war das Apartment bei unserer Anreise sehr unsauber. Die Deckenlampen im Wohnzimmer waren voll mit toten Mücken und Fliegen. Die Lampe am Spiegelschrank im unteren Badezimmer war defekt und hing nur an einem Kabel herunter. Sämtliche Nachttischlampen hatten keine Glühbirnen; auch auf Nachfragen wurde dies nicht nachgebessert. Der Spiegel im Kinderzimmer war aus dem Rahmen gefallen und lag im Zimmer herum. Das Kinderzimmer an sich ist wirklich nur für jüngere Kinder geeignet, da die Deckenhöhe sehr niedrig ist.
    Der Pool ist einigermaßen sauber, jedoch waren fast alle Liegen defekt und es sind keine Sonnenschirme vorhanden. Insgesamt wirkte er wenig einladend.
    In der Wegbeschreibung für die Wohnung wurde uns eine bestimmte Garage in der Tiefgarage zugewiesen. Für diese Garage passte aber unser Schlüssel nicht; auch hier kam trotz telefonischer Zusage niemand um das Problem zu lösen.
    Zu guter letzt hatten wir am Tag unserer Abreise morgens um halb fünf einen totalen Stromausfall im Apartment. Obwohl die Sicherungen in der Wohnung alle okay waren, ließ sich der Strom nicht wieder einschalten.”
