Wonderful finca for 6 people, with private pool and only 950 metres away from the charming and family city of Inca.


The garden of this country house is a green paradise thanks to the beautiful lawn, the trees and the surroundings. A great water salt pool awaits for a nice swim. It sizes 9.5 x 5 metres and the depth ranges from 1.5 to 2 metres. In addition, you will find an exterior shower and 6 sun loungers to bask in the sun. By the pool you will find an impressive terrace with a pergola, an awning and a vine, perfect to enjoy your best barbecues. Imagine yourselves tasting delicious grilled meals after a long morning in the pool or maybe you will prefer it in the evening with a good glass of wine. The glazed porch also is perfect for that. The property is fenced and privacy is total.

The two-storey house offers two floors of a well cared rustic style. From the porch, you will enter the dining kitchen that is equipped with a gas countertop and everything you need to cook as if you were at home. Next, you find the living room that offers AC, TV-Sat and DVD player in order to spend a nice evening. There are two bedrooms -one with a double bed and the other with twin beds- and a shower bathroom still on this floor. Both bedrooms feature a closet, fan and radiator. On the 1st floor you will find the last bedroom with a double bed, closet, AC and exit to a great terrace as well as an en-suite bathroom with independent tub and shower. There is another bathroom upstairs with a bathtub. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in one of the bathrooms. Finally, we will prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby.

Inca is a beautiful and small city in the centre of the island with all needed services for an independent stay: supermarkets, all kinds of shops, bars and good traditional restaurants. Its street market takes place on Thursday mornings and here you will be able to acquire clothes, shoes, local and artisan products. The nearest beach is in Puerto de Alcudia located about 26.6 km away. It boasts transparent water and a great extension of white and fine sand.

Hier hatten wir auch einen verstopften Abfluss was aber dann kurzfristig behoben wurde.
