Magnifica villetta a schiera vittoriana

Villetta cielo/terra su tre piani con giardino privato. L'edificio costruito all'incirca nel 1890 si situa nel quartiere di Richmond, a due passi dal Tamigi, dal Richmond Park e da Kew Gardens.

Al piano terra: grande salone, tinello, cucina attrezzata, WC.
Al primo piano: due stanze da letto matrimoniali, bagno con WC, lavandino, bidet, vasca, cameretta con letto smontabile.
Al piano mansardato: grande camera da letto matrimoniale con bagno (WC, lavandino, doccia).

    “In the current covid situation cleanliness is paramount and this house is in need of a deep clean through out to make guests feel safe during their stay. If we hadn't travelled so far I probably wouldn't have stayed in the property. That said the house is beautiful and perfectly situated for getting to Richmond Train station or Twickenham stadium. Local facilities are good however there is no parking space for the house and parking cost us £24 per day. Positiv: The house is a beautiful old house full of character. Location is good for access to Richmond Station and Twickenham stadium, local facilities are good. Negativ: House really needs a deep clean, lots of dust, bathrooms in particular need addressing, shower screens on both showers and the mat in the ensuit particularly dirty. Lots of rubbish in the front garden which had foxes going through it. A lick of paint through out would massively improve the property. Cleaned and painted this property could demand higher rents”
